Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading, installing or using the LUMAX TV application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App is a media player only
LUMAX TV is an advanced media player that plays M3U, M3U8, single-stream and Xtream Codes based playlists created and provided by the user. The App does not provide, host, sell, distribute or promote any channels, streams, playlists or media content of any kind.
2. Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the playlists, subscriptions and content sources you use with the App. You must ensure that any content you access or stream is legal and that you hold the necessary rights or authorization. LUMAX TV does not encourage access to copyright-infringing content.
3. No affiliation
- LUMAX TV is not affiliated with any IPTV provider, broadcaster or content platform.
- Stream quality and channel lists depend entirely on your provider.
- For playlist or server issues, contact your provider.
4. App license (subscriptions)
In-app payments (if any) unlock the LUMAX TV software license only. They do not purchase IPTV content, channel packages or streaming services. Crypto or card payments are subject to applicable store policies.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the App only with content you are authorized to access.
- Do not reverse engineer, pirate, or misuse the App.
- Policy violations (including adult content abuse) may result in device access suspension.
- Configure parental PIN appropriately for minors.
6. Copyright complaints (DMCA / content reports)
Because LUMAX TV does not host content, we cannot remove streams directly. Send copyright or abuse reports to abuse@lumax.tv or legal@lumax.tv. Valid reports may result in suspension of accounts or devices that facilitate infringement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMAX TV shall not be liable for damages arising from content accessed through user-provided playlists or third-party servers.
9. Apple App Store / Google Play
The App is licensed to you, not sold, through Apple or Google who act only as distributors. Apple/Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Store policies apply.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for violations.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the developer's jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
